Delete your TibbiLog account

You can ask for your TibbiLog account and all its data to be deleted at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Sign in at app.tibbilog.com or in the Android or iPhone app.
2. Optional: download your logbook first (My Logbook > Export). Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.
3. Open Profile and choose Request account deletion.

By email

Write to hello@tibbilog.com from the email address of your account, with "Delete my TibbiLog account". We reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email and sign-in.
• Your cases, your answers and notes, your own questions, your rota and your invitations.
• On your phone: sign out and choose to remove the copy, or uninstall the app.

We delete them within 30 days of your request. The activity record keeps its entries without your name. We do not make our own backups at the moment. More in the privacy policy.
