This website

This policy covers the TibbiLog website. The logbook app has its own terms, which each user accepts when they first sign in.

What we collect

If you contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, organisation, country, role, specialty, number of trainees and your message. Please never include patient information.

If analytics are switched on, we use a cookie-free service that counts page visits without identifying you. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to set up your program.

Who processes it

Our form, email and analytics providers process data for us under their data-protection terms. The current list is available on request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after 12 months if we do not start working together.
